She was predeceased by: her father Lester Matthews; her husband Andrew F. Lukus; her son Donald E. Burkholder; and her brothers, Lester and Carl.
She is survived by: her son Ronald L. Burkholder of Ephrata; her grandchildren, Tina Eby, Darian Burkholder and Tracy Bare; her great grandchildren, Kyle Eby, Carson Burkholder, Chloe Burkholder, Camdyn Burkholder, Ryan and Kira Bare; and her siblings, John Matthews, Erma Snader and Mary Zimmerman.
