He was predeceased by: his parents, David P. Kurtz and Anna Mary Kurtz (Ravegum); and his sister Jane Lauver. He is survived by: his wife Paula J. (Good); and his children, Brian S. (Kathryn "Kitty") and Melinda S. (Dwayne Lynch) of Mt. Joy.
