He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry E. Blantz and Bernetha Blantz (Meckley). He is survived by: his wife Claudine Blantz (Bolduc); his daughters, Jennifer (Scott Hackman) of Ephrata, Jessica Lynn (Ryan Hackman) of Lebanon and Lisa Marie Blantz of Ephrata; and his granddaughter Caroline R. Rivers.
