He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jeremy and Kimberly Hursh. He is survived by: his parents, Carl N. Hursh and Lori J. Hursh (Hurst); his siblings, Matthew (Kristina), Jodi (Shawn Eberly) of Richland, Nathan (Melanie), Jared and Conrad Hursh; and his grandparents, Ivan, Marian Hursh (Nolt) of Ephrata, Leonard and Laura Hurst (Martin) of Lititz.
