He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest V. Brendle and Anna Brendle (Klaassen); and his brother Harold Brendle. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Brendle (Beth Martz) of Hagerstown and Bryan (Judi); his grandchildren, Hunter and Olivia Brendle; his stepgranddaughter Lindsey Myers (Eric Brought); his brother Carl (Anne Brendle); and his sister-in-law Shirley Brendle (Stoner) of Shillington.
