He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Wenger; his parents, Rufus Wenger and Elsie Wenger (Wanner); and his sons, Randy and Michael.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Ann O'Brien of Ephrata, PA and Bruce Dale Wenger of Cody, WY; his grandchildren, Ronald Wenger, Bradley O'Brien, Jessica Nix and Tara Rice; and his great grandchildren, Emma, Sydney Wenger, Nathan Barnhart, Kaitlyn and Tyler Rice.
