He is survived by: his children, Harold (Miriam), Ruth (Earl Horst) of Tamaqua, Melvin (Verna), Loretta (Sylvan Witmer) of Womelsdorf and Rhoda (Vernon Weaver) of Stevens; his brother Eli (Loretta Good) of Ephrata; and his stepchildren, Dale (Marion), Darlene (Clarence Kreider) of Myerstown, LaVerne (Paul Groff) of Stevens, Shirley (Carl Martin) of Newmanstown, Leonard (Norma), Edith (late Carl Martin) of Denver, Margie (Reed High) of Jonestown, Lydia (Anthony Sweigart) of Liberty, MS and Jane (Vernon Geigley) of Lancaster. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren; 88 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great-grandchildren.
