He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter L Libby and Esther V Libby (Wilson) of Lake Placid, FL; his former life partner Linda A Libby (Bartholomew); and his daughter Bonnie L Libby. He is survived by : his wife Kelly A Libby (Ackley); his sister Edith L Marier of Saco, ME.; his children, Timothy R Libby of Phoenix, AZ and Alissa F Libby of Annville, PA; his stepdaughters, Hannah Davis of Franklinville, NY and Becky; and his granddaughters, Chloe and Ariasha of Redding, CA..
