He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harvey and Mildred B. Havens. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Havens (Cable); his children, James Paul (Caroline) and Jennifer Lauren (Nathan Andrew Sayre) of Ephrata; his grandsons, Ellis Richard, Teal James Havens, Nolan Andrew and Warren Thomas Sayre; and his sisters-in-law, Nancy C. (Frederick Riedel) of Columbia, MD and Carol (Richard Johnson) of Rome, NY.. He is also survived by his extended family and friends.
