He was predeceased by: his brothers, Larry Barker and Timothy Barker. He is survived by: his spouse Rosann K. Barker (Militello); and his children, Pamela Donovan, Debbie Confer, Wanda Marvin, Jimmy Barker, Jeffrey Barker, Donald Biby and John Tiller. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
