She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucian Hale and Betty Hale. She is survived by: her husband Tyrone Kissell; her children, Kimberly Kuligowski (Joel) and Mike McCall (Tammie); her siblings, Candy Baxter and Larry Baxter; and her pet Basil.
