The memory of Carol Kolakowski (Erie, Pennsylvania), who passed away on November 7, 2025 at the age of 84, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Jarski and Ann Jarski (Turco); and her husband Donald J. Kolakowski. She is survived by: her daughters, Nicole Maciulewicz (Tom) and Jennifer Lucarotti (Tony); her granddaughters, Olivia and Sophia Menc (Jordan Baker); her children, Michael, Ryan, Ava Lucarotti, Madison and Dylan Maciulewicz; her great grandchildren, Tommy and Weston Baker; her boyfriend Tom Sadoski; her brother Joseph Jarski; and her pet Enzo. She is also survived by her extended family including many nieces, nephews, cousins and numerous lifelong friends.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the John R. Orlando Funeral Home, Inc. (2122 Raspberry St, Erie, PA 16502). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Saint Patrick Church (130 E 4th St, Erie, PA 16507). A committal service will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 12:45 PM to 1:00 PM at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery (5711 W Lake Rd, Erie, PA 16505).
