She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Jeff and Evelyn Crocker Smith; and her sister Phyllis Hooper. She is survived by: her son Scott Alan Smith of Dearfield Beach; and her sisters, Luella Heitzenrater (George) of Erie and Betty Ann Lecker of Erie. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
