She was predeceased by: her brother Kenneth Boyer (Lourine) of Guys Mills; her former husband Clifford Smith; her husband Charles R. Kelley; and her siblings, Joseph, Howard, Waldren Boyer, Violet Reagle, Helen Kitlinger and Jeanne Frederick.
She is survived by: her daughter Sandra Bartlett (Walter) of Erie; her grandson Kent Bartlett (Christi); her great grandchildren, Ella and Remlee Bartlett of Fairview; her daughter April Lugo; her granddaughter Daniella Lugo (Frederick Ritter); her great grandchildren, Celena Lugo Bell (Mason) and Ceradwin Lugo; her grandson Timothy DeWalt (Jessica Penland); her great grandchildren, Zane and Hunter; her grandson David Lugo; and her great grandchild Miirym Lugo of Colorado. She is also survived by two daughters, four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and a brother.
