He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Byerly and Melda Byerly (Brosius); and his sisters, Ruby (Donald Darr) and Shirley (James Livingstone). He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Byerly (Carrier); his children, Jeffrey Byerly (Brenda Polatty) of Reynoldsville, PA and Rhonda Sposato (John) of Jacksonville, FL; his granddaughters, Michele Seibler (Danny) and Julie Sposato; and his brother Marlin Byerly (Sherry) of Erie, PA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
