He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Jensen and Joyce Jensen (Carideo); and his siblings, Rich Jensen, Louise Jensen and John Jensen.
He is survived by: his daughter Breanne Jensen (Richard Walburn) of Erie; his sisters, Christine Koehle (Bill) of Erie, Linda Landis of Erie, Debbie Sawtelle (David) of Fairview and Ann Swanson (Ron) of Erie; his sister-in-law Barb Jensen of Erie; his goddaughter Lindsey Swanson; and his friend Jason Williams. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
