He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Dawson Bliley and Isabelle Rosenberg Bliley Kaiser; his stepfather Lawrence F. Kaiser; his brother Richard Dawson Bliley; and his sister-in-law Deborah Ann Noble Bliley.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Morton Bliley; his children, Mark Dawson Bliley, Rebecca Guerrein Hicks (John), Ann Marie Bliley-Ester (Kyle) and Erin Rose Chrobak (Andrew); his grandchildren, Dawson, Stella and Margo; his sister Jean Marie Everberg (Carl); his sister-in-law Judith Lynne Bliley; his brothers, Charles Arthur Bliley (Marilyn) and John Hall Bliley (Carolyn); his stepbrother Gary Louis Kaiser (Rohnda); and his siblings-in-law, Levant Thomas and Christine Morton.
