(Shaffer) Haskins Allburn of Erie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 29, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Shaffer and Virginia Shaffer (Cooper); and her sister Carolynn Shaffer. She is survived by: her children, Terry, Michael Haskins, Matthew Allburn (Lynda) and Adam Allburn; her sister Cindy Bliley (Bruce); and her sibling's children, Bethany and David. She is also survived by many grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
