Bell Jr. of Erie, Pennsylvania, born in Monticello, Kentucky, who passed away on July 18, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewitt T. Sr. Bell and Anna Bell Steele (Gregory); and his siblings, Donna Pitts, Nova Nation and Manual Steele.
He is survived by: his sisters, Beulah Fudge of Eaton, OH, Barbara Disbro (Steve) of New Castle, Ellen Suttles of Milton and Mara Kendall of Lewisville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
