He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Moyer, (Derme) and Donald Moyer, Sr.; and his siblings, Kathleen Thompson, Michael Ludwig, John Sipe, Charles Ludwig and Rosemary Bahlinger.
He is survived by: his wife Tonya H. Moyer (Cannone); his children, Mindy Stevens (George), Nikki Moyer, Denise Martinez and Joseph Gammill; his grandchildren, Collin, Stephen, Ayden, Jaiden, Dalton, Hayley, Kimberly and Timmy; and his siblings, Ronnie Sipe, Darlene Gula, Roberta Tryziak, David Ludwig and Kenny Sipe.
