It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donald Kanis of Erie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 25, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Kanis and Trumi Seib Kanis; his son David Kanis; and his siblings, Harold, Robert, Chester, Wilbur Kanis, Luella Morrison and Marion Alstadt.
He is survived by: his wife Audrey A. Cline Kanis; his daughter Marilyn Willow of Summit Twp; his grandchildren, Cori Edwards (Jon), Daniel Willow (Rachel) and Sarah King (Daniel); and his great grandchildren, Caden, Kirsten, Alexandria, Jace and Hayden. He is also survived by great grandchild on the way; and many nieces and nephews.
