McKinstry and Pauline Lesher McKinstry; his son Patrick (Jamie) of Girard, PA.; his wife Nancy McKinstry (Worthington); his son Michael (Kim) of Morgantown, WV; his grandchildren, Hannah R. and Benjamin R. McKinstry; his siblings, Susan Curry (Stephen), Thomas A. McKinstry (Ginny) and William B. McKinstry; and his siblings' children, Monica Martins, Heather Strosnider, Caitlin O'Connell and David Curry.
