With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Douglas P. Baird Sr. of Erie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 29, 2021 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles N Baird and Pauline Baird (DiBacco); his wife Sharon Baird (Spencer); his sister Charlene Corritore; and his godmother Elsie Forsberg.
He is survived by: his children, Douglas Baird, Jr. (Charles Benchia) of Boardman, Michelle Loiacono (Matthew) of Williamsburg and Lisa Baird of Erie; his grandchildren, Nicholas Porginski, Abigail Bartosek and Anna Loiacono; his siblings, Donna Skindell (Jim) of Florida and Charles "Mike" Baird (Lane) of Erie; Mark Bartosek. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
