Smith; and his brother-in-law James Gates.
He is survived by : his great grandchild Dorian; his children, LaTonya Gamble and Elijah Gamble Jr.; his grandchildren, AnTanequia, Anthony Akins of Elijah, III, Linda Gamble, Essence and E'saun Kimbro; his great grandchildren, Scarlett Lowe and Drew Kacinski; and his siblings, Eileen Gamble, Shirley Cooper (Wayne) of Zachary, LA, Arthur Lee (Steve Gamble), Wanda Lowery, Georgeann Carter, Miranda Brooks, Gloria Potter, Joycelyn McCray, Steve Smith, Shawn Smith, Troy Smith, Ira Smith and Shannon Smith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins other relatives and friends.
