With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gerald E. Liebel (Erie, Pennsylvania), who passed away on March 4, 2020 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Liebel and Marcella Liebel (Francis); and his daughter Jane Liebel. He is survived by: his wife Clara Liebel (Ferritto); his son Michael E. Liebel (Shaleen) of Erie; his grandchildren, Amy Bayhurst (John) of Erie, Michael P. Liebel (Katie) of Erie and Cara Laird (Tom) of Erie; his great grandchildren, Tanner, Matthew Bayhurst, Daniel, Joseph Liebel, London and Everett Laird; and his siblings, Richard Liebel and Patricia Wensel. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews.
