She was predeceased by: her husband John J. Andrews, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Guaraldo and John Andrews (Rosa). She is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, family requests contributions be made in her memory to the Firemen's Widow Fund, Firefighter's Local 22, 415 North 5th St., Phila., PA 19123 , or SPCA, 250 E. Erie Ave., 19134.
