She was predeceased by: her grandfather Manuel Galindo. She is survived by: her children, Julianna Vanessa Cruz, Adrianna Savannah Rivera and Isaiah Jeremiah Rivera; her mother Lucelva Galindo; her husband Agustin Chantes; and her siblings, Joselyne Zarate, Lucy Ventura and Daniel Ventura.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Burton Quinn-Scott Cremation & Funeral Services, Inc. (602 W 10th St, Erie, PA 16502).
