He is survived by: his significant other Susan Chambers McAllister; his children, Jack K. McAllister III, Marni Suzann McAllister Loesel and Leslie Ann McAllister; his grandchildren, Derek Carroll Loesel, Donovan Kennedy Loesel and Olivia Loren Loesel; his sons-in-law, Matthew Loesel and James Canfield; his extended family, Jan Underhill and Barb Chambers; his siblings-in-law, Jean Chambers Lloyd, John Lloyd and Robert Chambers; his aunt Margaret Weinheimer; and his friend Lynette Meiser Hughes. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
