He was predeceased by: his parents, Evan Jones and Gladys Pearce Jones; his brother Alan Jones; and his cousin Linda Giordino. He is survived by: his wife Adele Jones; his children, James Eric (Rondi Stronach) of New Hartford, NY and Heather Jones Lynde; his son-in-law Jason Lynde of Wattsburg, PA; his grandchildren, Pearce, Peyton Jones, Rachel Baye, Thomas and Christopher Lynde; his sibling's children, Christine, Douglas Michali, Charisse, Edward Nixon, Scott Linkie and Brad Linkie; his great-nieces, Kathryn and Abigail Nixon; his siblings-in-law, Anne and Richard Sanders; and his cousins, Annice Jennison, William Theobald and Helen Bush.
