He was predeceased by: his parents, Narchie J. Terrizzi and Martha Terrizzi (Dinges); his close friend Bonnie Bolla; and his siblings, Barbara Bruno and Donald Winek.
He is survived by: his sons, James V. Terrizzi, Jr. (Kristy) and Randy S. Terrizzi (Barbara); his grandchildren, Zac, Jeremy, Blayke, Greyson, Angeline, Theodore, Edward, Anna and Walter; his siblings, Nancy Martin (Thomas) and Dr. Charles Winek (Molly); his sister-in-law Jean Winek; and his close friend Gerry Dombrowski.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests masses to be offered on behalf of James.
