He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dolores, James Heisler, Christine and John Sloan; and his stepfather Mark R. Thomas.
He is survived by: his parents, Patrick Sloan and Catherine Heisler Thomas; his children, Jacelynn, Jasiah and Ella Sloan; his siblings, Joseph Thomas and Alexis Brown; his stepfather Michael Brown; and his pet C. J.. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the family in c/o funeral home.
