He is survived by: his parents, Jeff Bollinger and Elaine Bollinger; his wife Christine Ruditis Bollinger; his children, Julia, Andrew, Isabella and Olivia; and his brother Jeremy Bollinger (Laurie). He is also survived by several uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
