We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2020, at the age of 76, Jay A. Fell (Erie, Pennsylvania), born in Buffalo, New York passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jay A. Fell to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Mages and Ruth Mages (Roscover); and his niece Laura Drabic. He is survived by : his sister Marilyn Allessie of Erie; his nephews, Peter Allessie (Jennifer) of Erie and Anthony Allessie (Amy) of Richmond, VA; and his cousin Peter Lawson (Judy) of Sequim, WA.

Memorials may be made to the Pennsylvania Soldiers & Sailors Home to be used for their Activities Fund.
