With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jearlean Jells Rowry Parker of Erie, Pennsylvania, born in Clarksdale, Mississippi, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 18, 2024 at the age of 76. She was predeceased by : her parents, Othor Sr. Lewis-Jells and Annie B. Lewis-Jells; her husbands, Jimmy Rowry and Edward Parker; her sons, Cedric Rowry and Derrick Rowry; and her siblings, Othor Jells Jr., Ernest Jells and Ella Mary Ross Moore.

She is survived by : her children, Sharlada Rowry, Antonio, Nolan (Marcella), Kendall (Tina) and Frederick Rowry (Dorothy); her sisters, Ocie Williams, Ludella Woodard (Charles) and Dora Jells-Mickel; her sisters-in-law, Sylvia Jells and Ruby Parker-Carr; and her grandchildren, Preasha, Shaderia, Erica, Derrick Jr., Deonte, Khalil, Nolan, Latreece, Jamere, Jasmine, Javon, Justin, Qunisha, Antoinette, Tamica, Jonah, Charles, Kyra, Shervonda, Frederick Jr. and Tyree. She is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Viewing was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Pitts Funeral Home of Erie (2926 Pine Ave, Erie, PA 16504). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location.
