He was predeceased by: his parents, Alois Pelkowski and Regina Pelkowski (Tomczak); and his siblings, Beatrice Pelkowski, Mary Evans, Frances "Nancy" Wehan, Norbert, Henry, Thomas and Leonard Pelkowski.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Pelkowski (Bulo); his daughters, Diane L. Keim (Michael) of Erie, Valerie A. Dolfi (James) of Cranberry Township and Tracy L. Pelkowski of Newport, RI; his grandchildren, Aaron, Alex, Jamie Keim, Jonathan and Libby Dolfi; and his brother Daniel Pelkowski (Geraldine) of Erie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
