Nelson (Erie, Pennsylvania), born in Spring Creek, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 23, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Nelson and Twila Miles Nelson; his siblings, Elwood Nelson, Betty Ross, Anna Conklin, Dorothy May, Mary Gifford and Donna Brown; his great grandchild Owen Berlin; and his son-in-law Rick Blanchfield.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Porter Nelson; and his children, John Nelson (Kathleen) of West Monroe, LA, Patrick Nelson of Corry, PA, Susan Smith (Timothy Peterson) of Spring Creek, PA and Julie Blanchfield of Greenville, SC.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, twenty six great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
