He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard C. Bailey and Dorothy Rullmann Bailey; and his brother Dennis Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Linda Pluta Bailey; his daughters, Amanda Offi (Patrick) of Harmony, PA and Lauren Varner (Eric) of Erie; his grandchildren, Evangeline, Vincent Offi, Elise, Roman and Hudson Varner; his sisters, Patricia Schmidt of Erie and Joan Schultz of Waterford; his mother-in-law Katherine Crolli; his brother-in-law Frank Pluta (Jennifer); and his friends, Timothy and Pamela Truitt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
