He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Guy and Margaret English Guy; and his sister Patricia McMillian. He is survived by: his girlfriend Pamela Mathews; his girlfriend's daughter Jodi Beck; his children, John Guy Jr. (Ariel), Jason Guy and Hope Grunberg (Dan); and his siblings, Homer Guy II and Dorothy Thompson. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
