He is survived by : his wife Christine "Chris" Shalkham (Pagliari); his children, Jennifer, Melissa and Matthew (Miranda); his grandchildren, Megan Houk, Nathan, Olivia and Elijah; and his brother Bill Shalkham (Judy). He is also survived by his nieces and nephew.
