He is survived by: his daughter Tiffany Phelps of Springfield, PA; his siblings, Julius Ostrowski of Girard, Walter Mikolajczyk (Pauline) of Erie and Audrey Mikolajczyk of Erie; his siblings' children, Danny Torres, Matthew Silka and Priscilla Torres; his cousins, Laura Kenelly and Gary Kenelly; and his aunt Jackie Lasky.
