She was predeceased by: her parents, Alonzo Phillips and Floris Phillips (Schrader); her husband David W. Noyer; her grandson Jason O'Harrow; and her siblings, Bruce Phillips, Naomi Diggs and Thelma Braden.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Nicewonger (George) of Lake City, Sandra Cattell (John Rearick), Kimberly Lloyd (Lou Winekoff) and James Hulings of Erie; and her sister-in-law Barbara Fish (Merritt). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and many great grandchildren.
