She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Helmuth; her son Daniel Helmuth; her son-in-law Terry Smith; her siblings, Kathleen, Benny, Milford and Helen; her children, Terry A. Smith (Lee Green), Michael Helmuth (Rhonda) and Timothy Helmuth (Dottie); her daughter-in-law April Helmuth; and her grandchildren, Tracy, Tarra, Meckenzie, Heather, Faith, Jack and Brandy.
