It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Julianna M. Cicero of Erie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 14, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Custer and Mary Custer (Mikula); and her husband Joseph Cicero. She is survived by: her children, Christine Cicero of Erie, Joseph Cicero of Erie and John Cicero (Kym) of Virginia; her grandsons, Joseph, Jacob and Joshua Cicero; and her brother Gerard Custer (Susan) of Florida. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
