She was predeceased by: her parents, John Custer and Mary Custer (Mikula); and her husband Joseph Cicero. She is survived by: her children, Christine Cicero of Erie, Joseph Cicero of Erie and John Cicero (Kym) of Virginia; her grandsons, Joseph, Jacob and Joshua Cicero; and her brother Gerard Custer (Susan) of Florida. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
