She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward M. Mikolajczak and Joan Mikolajczak (Dawkins); and her sister Debbie. She is survived by: her former husband Mike; her daughter Debbie (Dee); her son-in-law David; her grandchildren, Clarissa, Flareena and Kaulen; and her brothers, John and Chester.
