She was predeceased by: her father John Max Foltz; and her grandparents, Anthony, Helen Petrosky, Max and Ruth Foltz.
She is survived by: her daughter Amelia Clare Miner; her mother Mary Petrosky Foltz Berberich (Petrosky); her stepfather Albert Berberich of Chambersburg, PA.; and her sisters, Suzanne Foltz Shelling (Gene) of Severna Park, MD. and Gina Foltz Thompson (Brian) of Slippery Rock, PA.. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
