She is survived by: her parent Elizabeth C. Bleil Hess; her children, Judy Lackovic of Mechanicsburg, PA, Gary Lackovic (Karen) of Cambridge Springs and Timothy Lackovic (Kimberly) of Erie; her siblings, Donald H. Hess of Erie and Mary Bowersox; and her grandchildren, Jason Lackovic, Erin Langevin (Scott), Heidi Lackovic (Lew), Adam Lackovic (Rachel), Nicole Lackovic and Joshua Lackovic. She is also survived by her six great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
