He was predeceased by: his parents, James Mistretta and Rose Mistretta (Bordenga). He is survived by: his wife Judith "Judy" Mistretta (Morton) of Erie; his children, Mark Mistretta of Conneaut, Lisa Ryan of Albion and Mario Mistretta of Albion; his grandchildren, Taylor of Albion, Jessica of Albion and Dylan Ryan of Albion; his siblings, Robert Mistretta (Pat) of Russell, Sam Mistretta of Raleigh, N. C., Sally Hallberg (Ray) of Jamestown, N. Y. and Dr. Margaret Morton of Pittsburgh; and his brother-in-law Richard Morton of Pittsburgh. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
