It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Alice Wilczynski of Erie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 9, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cassius Gorny and Anna Marie Gorny (Konkol); her husband Lawrence Wilczynski; her son Kevin Wilczynski; her granddaughter Ellen; her stepmother Dorothy Gorny (Gallo); her sisters, Lucille Murawski, Margie Lesniewski, Rita Luniewski and Joan Ragen; and her brothers-in-law, Daniel Zapalski, Bernard Murawski, Ray Luniewski, Joe Lesniewski, James Ragen, Jr., Daniel Wilson and Paul Wilczynski.

She is survived by: her children, Larry Wilczynski (Mary Ellen), Elizabeth Reed (Dave Parker), Patrick Wilczynski (Jennifer), Christopher Wilczynski (Christina), John Wilczynski (Nicole) and Michelle Wilczynski; her daughter-in-law Christina Wilczynski; her grandchildren, Joshua (Tiel), Jacob (Ashley), Zachary, Calvin, Jared, Sean, Samuel, Kara, Ian, Emma and Olivia; her great grandchild Gweneviere; her siblings, Christine Zapalski and John Russell Gorny; and her sister-in-law Frankie Wilczynski. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

All public safety guidelines pertaining to the COVID-19 pandemic will be strictly adhered to at both the Funeral Home and Church, including the mandate for the use of face masks and social distancing. Mary Alice will be privately laid to rest at Saint Gregory Cemetery, North East.
