She is survived by: her husband Edward M. Vogt; her son William "Billy" R. Moffatt of Erie; her siblings, Charlotte Whitesell (Eric) of Tazewell, VA and John Wright (Helen) of Erie; her grandson Matthew Drake; and her great grandchildren, Julian and Rachael Drake. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
