He was predeceased by: his parents, John Madurski and Rita Madurski; his brothers, David and Gregory Madurski; and his brother-in-law Robert Root.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Madurski (Root); his son Matthew Madurski (Amanda) of Erie; his grandchildren, Ashlee and Kaylee Madurski; his sister Cynthia Soliwoda (Steve) of Erie; and his siblings-in-law, Douglas Root (Miriam) of Pittsburgh and Marilyn Root. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
